As a host you take care of your guests and everything else that is part of the daily tasks in the rental. Therefore, it is understandable that topics such as the GDPR are not your main priority. But beware: You as a landlord of any size are required to work in accordance with the GDPR, to handle guest data carefully and to provide your website with compliant contact and booking forms.

JULIA, our total solution is GDPR compliant and therefore also all inquiry and booking forms as well as the entire hotel program.

Your order processing contract with easybooking

Since we as a software provider process personal data, we are obliged to ensure that the person responsible for the data, ie our customers, has the necessary functions to work in accordance with the GDPR. Even our customers, who are considered to be data controllers, are obliged to only work with those who can provide proof of this.

For this reason, we provide a contract for data agreement. This agreement meets the requirements of the European Commission and demonstrates the willingness of both parties to comply with legal requirements when processing personal data. For you is therefore important: Should your company be looked after by easybooking / zadego, the order processing agreement will be concluded directly with zadego GmbH.
